The portfolio loan is flexible line of credit that allows you to consolidate your personal and investment funds into a single loan.

This line of credit allows you to borrow a maximum of 90% of the value of a security property to purchase a home or for other investment options. You can create subaccounts that can cater to your personal and investment needs. You can deposit income directly in to the Portfolio Loan account so the money can help you save on interest.

When you combine this loan with the Advantage Package you can take advantage of discounted interest rates and some fees as well as the unique benefits of the loan itself.

Additional Payments

With the variable rate option, there can be unlimited additional payments without penalty. On fixed rate loans, extra payments can be made up to $10,000 a year before you have to pay break costs.

Flexible Repayment Terms

You have the option of repaying on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.

Sub-accounts

This feature allows you to set up 10 sub-accounts that can be personalized for particular lifestyles and investment needs.

Rate Lock

A rate lock allows you to set the initial fixed rate on a fixed rate sub-account for a period of 3 months before the Portfolio Loan settles on a new one or the interest period ends.

Credit Card Available

You have the option of linking a Visa Debit Card to the Portfolio Loan. The funds from the loan can be used to make purchases.
